Solution
In early 2020, a pneumohangar designed and manufactured by the Angarstroy Nizhny Novgorod business by the request of the Sandvik international company was installed in Kemerovo.
The pneumohangar with a useful area of 450 square meters is expected to accommodate a service center for mining machinery assembly.
The updated profile of the pneumoframe made it possible to increase the structure resistance to wind and snow loads. The gates of a unique form became stronger and are outward-opening, which allowed using the internal space of the hanger in a more rational way.
The production time at the plant made up twelve business days, and turn-key installation on the client’s site took just four shifts.
About the Client
The new pneumatic hangar made is possible to open a new assembly site in Kemerovo in the shortest possible time. The location of the new pneumatic hangar was chosen for a reason – the Kuznetsk coal basin is located in the Kemerovo region. Kuzbass is one of the largest coal deposits in the world. Sandvik mining equipment is used for sinking coal beds. In particular, Sandvik MB 670 was used at the Kotinskaya and Taldinskaya-Zapadnaya mines.
